These are delicious 15 Alfajores Cookies, they are sweet ,filled with delicious Dulce de Leche/ handmade caramel.
Each alfajor measures about 1.6 inches in diameter.
The combination of all ingredients creates a special flavor that won't let you stop eating them. Wonderful texture. Perfect Treat with milk, coffee or tea.

We use the best ingredients in our cookies and they are finished with a dusting of powered sugar.
